Order Processing Time

We process all orders on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Ready Stock Products

  • Orders for products available in ready stock are dispatched the same day or within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–5 working days after dispatch.

Made to Order Products

  • If a product is not available in ready stock, it will be manufactured after your order is placed.

  • Manufacturing time: up to 7 days

  • After manufacturing, shipping delivery time: 4–5 working days

  • Total estimated timeline: approximately 11–12 working days

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within India. There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.

Courier Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as:

  • DTDC

  • Tirupati Courier

  • Other courier partners as required based on service availability

Courier partner selection depends on your delivery location and service coverage.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation message/email

  • Tracking number (if available)

  • Courier partner details

You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Incorrect address or contact details

Anvit is not liable for courier delays but we will support you in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not reachable

  • Order refusal (COD)

We may cancel the order and restrict future Cash on Delivery orders.
